The media art group Station Rose (Gary Danner and Elisa Rose) are building a playable room situation entitled “DQC_ShelTeR” in the intermediate magazine B of the Linzer Tabakfabrik for Ars Electronica 2013. Both the sculpture and the performance space, biotope and database, the installation is used as a green, recordable archive. On the occasion of its 25th anniversary, a networked wooden house is being built “in order not to lose track of vast amounts of data”. The digital flow of data in the audiovisual database is aesthetically in contrast to the plant-based network, mixing with it - a live radio performance by cyberspace pioneers Station Rose can be heard on Kunstradio.
