STATION ROSE Jingle 30.0
When STATION ROSE / STR postulated "The outcome of this story will take place everywhere" in its founding year 1988, only very few knew that this would be true tens of tens of thousands of times a second via the Internet today.
STR term compositions such as “Digital Bohème” or “Gunafa” have influenced and changed everyone's lives, consciously or unconsciously.
The new jingle from STATION ROSE is not a review of realized visions, but, as has been followed almost every year in the last 30 years on the art radio, an interconnection of current compositions, statements and postulates.
STR can draw up to 30.0 from an almost infinite digital reservoir. The database has become huge, is growing, is opulent, interconnectable & nourishes itself. Even if already existing samples from the 3 decades are implemented, new digital works are created in the performance. The morphing of digital data as a STaRt-Up-Sequence creates a feeling of timelessness & that's a good thing. In addition to all legitimate concerns about very problematic power structures on the Internet, it must be stated that humanity is currently in the process of building an immense networked data structure. Station Rose fills & feeds them from 1988. At 30.0 we are consciously not talking about artificial intelligence, but rather artistic.
