AV Performance Lecture:
The artist Elisa Rose and the composer Gary Danner shed light on the development of their digital art and music from 1988 to the present day. In “From the Floppy Disk to the Metaverse” they embark on a journey through their rapid development in the wide field of pixels, sounds, floppy disks, CD-ROMs, vinyls, netart, digital land art, immersive spaces, Web3, XR, performances, phygital installations, the metaverse & AI, using audio-visual examples. The artists are considered pioneers of digital culture (FAZ, Wired).
